…and the winner of this year’s American Idol Season 7 is DAVID COOK..!!! Eventhough David Archuleta doing great job performing and praised by the judges the night before, the voters decided otherwise and it wasn’t even close. David Cook earned 56% of the record 97.5 million votes cast at last night’s performance finale defeating David Archuleta.

Cook took the microphone and began to sing “Time of my Life,” which won the annual “Idol songwriting competition.”

What do you guys think? Do David Cook deserve the title? Well, stay tuned for more information regarding David Cook’s upcoming new single “Time of my Life”.

    David Cook is definitely the winner, by way - even the votes itself was 12 million, in difference. David Archuleta can only sing ballads whereas David Cook is more rounded. Plus, i heart him, nuf said.
